Changes for Update 1.01

1.)   Heading bug on HSI calibrated to align with heading marker.

2.)   Repaired "cracks" in the wing/fuse joint...and the annunciator panel.

3.)   Altitude Select Knob calibrated so that autopilot holds altitude correctly

4.)   Sight windows for trim indicators on the LIT texture made transparent and backlit

5.)   Yoke coupled to autopilot so that the yoke turns when the AP turns the plane.

6.)  Fuel flow fixed to work with X-Economy

7.)  "Outer" fuel gauge labeled correctly.

8.)  Touch up textures to be consistent with NAV lighting when it's on or off.

9.)  Initialize Generator and Inverters Switches "OFF" when starting w/engines off

10.)  Fix LIT textures on exterior empennage for liveries.

11.)  Include CSL object file for xsquawkbox.

12.)  Hide yoke using the master switch.  Flip up the red switch guard and flip the switch to hide the yoke.

13.)  Trim limit indicator on autopilot console calibrated.

14.)  Fuel Test switch works when generators are on.  (previously only with battery on)

15.)  Landing light switch works when generators on (previously only with battery on) 

16.)  Implement DRM protection.  A serial key will be needed from x-aviation.com

17.)  Cockpit LIT texture fixed to not be solid black.

18.)  Outer Fuel Gauge graphic tweaked.

21.)  Darker sunvisors.

22.)  Added disorienting IFR "hood".  Flip the delta p/p transducer switch up turn it on or off.
